World Tourism Day 2011
Help Tourism is planning to celebrate World Tourism Day on 27th September 2011. We are planning to visit all Seven World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu with the National and International Journalists to find out the current situation of those places. We believe that this programmes will aware concerned authorities for the conservation of those valuables. The main theme for the year 2010 is "Tourism and Biodiversity". Swoyambhunath Cleaning Program
HELP Tourism has organized Swoyambhunath Stupa and surrounding cleaning program on the occasion of World Environment Day on 05 June 2010. There were 26 member and volunteer participants. The Cleaning program has been started from 07AM in the morning and finished by Mid day. Some about 500KGs of plastic, bottles, paper and other refutes has been collected and other disposable garbage has been disposed. We are planning to undertake such type of cleaning program in the future as well.
